Gloomy weather dulls southern travelers spirits

Travelers in the Krabi region are experiencing un-seasonal gloomy weather. This time of year is usually high season in the Krabi region and travelers normally encounter sunny days and clear sky. Travelers report that the past week in Krabi has been overcast and gloomy.

Owner of Green Tree guest house in Krabi town said "I think the strange weather has been caused by the Tsunami in Japan. The weather has been strange ever since the Tsunami happened."

Forecasts show cloudy weather continuing for the next four days.

All transport services in the region are operating as normal.
